Looks like the Adam West Batman, no? I was a big fan of the original Batman TV series, and I was there to watch the episodes as they first ran!     More Batman drawn when I was 10. Isn't Robin cute peeking in the window? And notice in the backgound: maybe my first batmobile design, ever!
